Class Schedule

We would love to have your join us for practice in the Yoga Yurt.  Please check out our schedule below and click the link to book a class. Please be sure to register online before arriving.


7:00pm - 60 min VinYin with Becky Dreps.

A gently heated slow flow to move energy followed by long held yin postures. All levels.



12:00pm - 75 Min Hot Vinyasa Flow + Meditation with Liv Toepfer.

A sweaty, invigorating heart-centered yoga class with fluid movement connected to rythmic breath, set to upbeat music  and infused with spiritual teachings, mantras and mudras to help you deepen into yourself. Practice will close with Meditation to fully immerse yourself in the energy you generated in your body.

Be prepared to be challenged. Stay for 45 minutes for an express lunch class or stay for 75 minutes for the whole experience. (price is the same).

6:00pm - Yoga Nidra with Jackie

Yoga Nidra, also known as a "yogic nap" is a siimplified form of an ancient tantric relaxation technique. Just lay back, relax and you will be taken on a guided visualizatioon journey while you float between states of consciousness, between waking and sleepig. Research shows that a 30 minute Yoga Nidra experience can be as restorative as a 4-hour nap!
